I want to purchase a video camera for an upcoming trip. It appears there are many choices on line. Does anyone have any advice or experience on motorcycle video cameras?

Happy New Year, 2010 to all. There will not be a day for riding in this part of Idaho! It has been snowing since mid-day yesterday and is expected to continue until later this afternoon! It is beautiful . . . . . . for skiing, sliding, snowmobiling, cross-country skiing but NOT motorcycle riding!! At least 10+ inches! God bless!

I need stories, adventures, ride logs, pics and video of cool bike rides people have been on to post on my website
http://www.naBiker.com.
If you have anything you would be willing to submit for posting on my site, I would really appreciate it. I really would like to get more involvement on my site. I also have a biker forum with a classified add section that is in need of some activity.
Thanks in advance.

Merry Christmas to everyone. I haven't checked into this website in so long. Been busy with the pottery and the Christmas season. So glad that's over. Then with Christmas and the family, so glad that's over too. Been Riding almost every day to work. It was actually 18 degrees one morning. Thanks to my kids for getting me heated gloves for Christmas. Can't wait to use them. Gotta wait until this darn RAIN stops. The lane is a nightmare. Maybe it will freeze again next week so I can get out.

I spoke with my detailer today and my orders to Rhode Island should be in my inbox by Monday. I'll be in the northeast by 15 November. Hopefully I'll get some riding in before the snow sets in and makes it impossible.

The only good view of a thunderstorm is in your rear view mirror.
People ask us why we ride a motorcycle. For those who have
experienced the joy, no explanation is necessary; for those who have not,
no explanation is possible.
I'd rather be riding my motorcycle and thinkin…

I have to say I'm a bit saddened at how quickly it's gotten cold in North Carolina lately. I have to transfer to Rhode Island before very much longer, and have had to throw some extra clothes on now pretty far south of my next duty station. I've been everywhere this summer from the Outer Banks to the Badlands with some nice trips in the middle like the New River Gorge Bridge. I rode the Dragon and got bit, via the Cherokee Nation, in May, went out to Rider's Roost with a buddy in September, and…

I transfer to Rhode Island next month. I haven't found any good housing yet. Does anyone have idea of neghborhoods to stay away from up that way? Any suggestions for nice towns to live in. I need to find housing sooner rather than later since I intend to mail my stuff up there and ride up that way with my 11 year old son. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

As I post this I am at my cousin's place in Rockton, Illinois... Started my ride at 0500 on Sunday - 9 August 2009... So far all is going well... Leg #5 of my journey will resume Sunday 23 August...
So far, I've witnessed an FSB ("freeway suicide bird") smack into the helmet of a rider in front of me - nothing but an explosion of feathers... One can only imagine what else exploded around the rider's head and face...The rider was okay, but I couldn't help but chuckle as the feathers flew in my d…

I went out this weekend with a friend to see what RIder's Roost motorcycle campground had going on. It was well worth the ride from Jacksonville, NC out there. $12 a night camping, and$18 a night for a cabin. The place was packed with a band called amtter of fact playing on Saturday night. Maybe 200 people drinking and in some cases howling at the moon, but no fights or any drama. the road leading down into the campground is wicked sharp so if you go make sure you stay to the far right onthe way…

Hey everyone, just had to share this with all you great motorcycle folks. I was able to participate again in the PBTF "Ride for Kids" this year, this is an annual event that is worth the time, money and ride. It is held in the Asheville, NC area. We stage at the Biltmore Mall and ride over to Lake Lure by way of the Blue Ridge Parkway, then up through Chimney Rock. This is also held all over the country. I strongly suggest that you find one in your area and go. It will only take one time for you…

Sorry, I lost track of this website all summer, been too busy riding and working. Working to keep riding! haha. Just rolled over to 20,000 miles on my bike in 14 months of ownership. Seems so much but it has gone so fast. This weekend we are leaving for the Frog Follies Car Show in Evansville, then on Sunday we are going to hit all the State Parks in the Shawnee Forest in Southern Indiana. Got soaked on the way to work this morning. What a excilerating way to start my weekend. Is it 5:00 o'clock…
